You'll love the convenience of a walk-in shower as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. An outdoor seating area is provided for your morning coffee and to bask in our evening sunsets.

I loved my stay in the Seventy's Modern unit! The furniture and appliances are all in excellent shape and it is such a cozy place. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the patio before doing schoolwork on the cute kitchen table. The bed is very comfortable and the closet has plenty of space. The place has great natural lighting and it was so nice to open the windows during a crisp fall day on the Great Plains. I can't wait to stay here the next time I am in Hays.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of spending a night in this apartment. The duplex was centrally located with a variety of shopping & eating establishments close by. The apartment was bright, airy, and immaculate. The color scheme is calming and the apartment decorated so that you feel like you are in a home. There was water in the fridge and granola bars on the counter. The bed and pillows were comfortable, allowing us to sleep well. Both the couch and chair in the living room were cozy to sit in while watching TV or reading. And, there is a nice deck to enjoy some peaceful relaxation time. I would give this stay 5 out of 5 stars.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Eclectic BOHO unit. It was a wonderful apartment with such much attention to detail! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well as take care of our laundry. The bedroom had plenty of space and the bed was so comfortable. Super clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

We drive from Dallas, TX to Denver, CO once or twice a year and always need a stop about half way. We found the perfect place! This duplex had everything we needed for a good nights rest! Clean and comfortable! There were snacks to welcome us, and the kitchen was stocked with coffee and creamer. We could have cooked dinner - as the kitchen had all that was needed - but we opted to walk to a nice restaurant just up the street. We could not ask for a better place to rest than this!
